This was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with a company from start to finish. Justin Orban was our initial point of contact and he knew his stuff. We got what we wanted in less than the time table we were quoted to get it. We added 16 solar panels to our home to take us off the grid and that's what we've gotten. They even handled all of the correspondence with our HOA. Simple, easy, and no hassle for our family. We couldn't be happier and would eagerly refer Justin and Hooked on Solar to anyone we care about.
We worked with Hooked on Solar on a Tesla battery installation and our experience was excellent from start to finish. We had Solar installed on our Rocklin home with SunPower Hooked on Solar. We were told by various solar companies that our roof was especially challenging because of the design solar was proven to be difficult to install. Michael Blase our sales rep - took that challenge and actually gave us a few solar layout designs that we could go with to meet our needs. Michael was always responsive to all of our questions and made us feel assured that our system was going to be exactly what we want. The install teams along with Martin Singh were very nice and a pleasure to have around our home explaining every part of the install.
