In a nutshell: This is NOT a door-to-door cold-calling canvassing job. This is an opportunity for qualified sales professionals with a proven history of sales success. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to qualified leads to drive sales of residential solar and battery storage systems in the Greater Sacramento region & the Bay Area

• Perform site reviews and engage in ethical and accurate discussions with prospects with regards to energy usage, prospective energy savings and financial benefits

• Create and deliver online proposals to customers using virtual and/or in-home presentations

• Manage customer communications and expectations during the installation process

• Network with existing customers for referral business

• Train for 2 weeks, full time at our Rocklin HQ

• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and check-ins at our HQ in Rocklin, CA

• Prepare, present and sell SunPower solar systems using a consultative approach and solid benefit-based sales practices to prospective customers

• Perform cost/benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Collaborate sales efforts with other team members and departments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must reside within commutable distance to Rocklin, CA. No Relocations or remote work

• Minimum of 4 years consultative sales and customer management skills

• Effective telephone and email communications, as well as virtual & in-home closing skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Salesforce and Smartsheets

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and professional appearance

• Candidates must have good driving record and mobile phone

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We offer a great compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k. Designed to reward you for your stellar performance, the total target compensation in the $75-200k range.

Sunpower by Hooked on Solar, a top Solar Energy Company serving Northern California has immediate openings for experienced hard working and motivated Solar Installers. They must have the ability to schedule, interface with the public, have computer skills, as well as do the job in an efficient and professional manner. Crews work in numbers of 2-6, installing commercial, residential, and off grid systems. Must have a clean DMV record, reliable transportation, and your own basic hand tools.

Successful applicants will be experienced construction workers ready to perform a variety of solar panel installation, electrical, construction and roofing tasks. Able to work quickly and efficiently and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very safety focused quality first environment and have over ten years serving Northern California. Must be motivated, trustworthy and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work well in a team environment, be punctual and be productive.
• Follow job schedule, and complete tasks in timely and safe manner.
• Assembly and installation of solar PV systems, including, roof jacks, racking, conduit, raceways, inverters, etc
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional and courteous appearance and attitude at all times.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Solar/Electrical Experience
• Must have electrical/construction experience
• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, datasheets (CAD skills a plus)
• Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights
• Must be able to work on feet for extended period of time
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the do’s and do-not’s of complete solar install and power wall installations
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

ABOUT THE JOB

Under general supervision from the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining warehouse inventory software as well as contributing to overall warehouse functions. The Inventory Control Specialist must have exceptional computer skills and attention to detail. This employee will perform a variety of duties specific to inventory control – cycle counting, adjustments, consolidations, replenishments, shipping and receiving orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.

• Processes all warehouse operations via warehouse management software.

• Conducts weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored re-order listing; assists in conducting complete physical inventory counts Monthly.

• Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

• Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.

• Maintains accuracy of warehouse management system by keeping all orders and purchases up to date.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you must be positive and able to work in a team-oriented
environment. You must be safety conscious and able to keep workplace neat, clean, and free of
hazards. You must be able to maintain a zero-error rate with a thorough understanding of the
entire production process. You must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Other requirements include:

• Clerical, spreadsheet, word processing, email, and/or office skills.

• Minimum of 3 years experience working directly with Microsoft Excel.

• Graduation from high school and one (1) year experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation, or any equivalent combination of education and experience to include one (1)year experience in forklift operation.

• Working knowledge of inventory control practices.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors

• Ability to organize items by broad and specific classifications.

• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime.

• Must be comfortable working standing up for long hours.

• Individual must be highly organized and able to manage a large number of deadlines at one time.

• Must have a very high attention to detail in all work produced.

• Willingness to learn new equipment (forklifts, etc.) and computer programs.

• Ability to exceed productivity standards of 98%.

• Ability to meet deadlines without use of overtime.

• Strong proponent of company’s safety program.

• Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements.

• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.

• Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance.

• Ability to lead and train staff and/or students.

ABOUT THE JOB

Under general supervision from the CEO, The Lead Generation Manager will be a key part of Sales-generated leads for providing comprehensive proactive lead generation and distribution. In this role, the Lead Generation Manager will drive our solar market expansion through the discovery and development of leads through the pipeline and deliver carefully qualified opportunities to our Solar Consultants whilst Managing a team of 4-6 Solar Coordinators (Appointment Setters). Focused on lead qualification whilst mentoring a team of Solar Coordinators, this role focuses on driving response rate (CAC) to leads & marketing programs, and coordinating with internal resources to route leads to Solar Consultants after addressing customer inquiries. Will require close collaboration with Solar Consultants, as well as, aligning Marketing Programs that will provide the opportunity to share ideas and insights to continually improve lead results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize technical and value-based knowledge to qualify warm leads.

• Communicate qualified opportunities, leads, and contacts to Solar Consultants.

• Mentor and coach team of Solar Coordinators to improve performance and quotas.

• Make outbound contact to existing and prospective customers to identify sales opportunities.

• Responsible for entering and maintaining lead data into Salesforce and SunPower portal.

• Natural sales and engaging personality.

• Persuasive speaking skills.

• Strong presence – no phone reluctancy.

• Great work ethic and excellent attendance.

• Effective time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Two to four years of lead sourcing and/or call center management experience

• Strong understanding of Sales Software and reporting programs

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external audiences, using both oral and written communication/presentation skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others.

• Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types.

• Strong ability to identify customer needs, obstacles to the sales process and solutions using Salesforce

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience working with CRM programs is a plus.

• Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Under this role the Lead Generation Manager Will be in charge of qualifying leads and sourcing them to the Sales department. This Manager will also collaborate with members of the Business Development team, particularly in getting feedback to use in improving processes and approaches. Mentor a team of Solar Coordinators (Appointment Setters) to perform a high volume of outbound warm calls to homeowners using excellent sales and communication skills. Create sales incentives to contact homeowners via phone, email, and voicemails thus promoting a high close ratio. Work directly with Solar Consultants in the field and coordinate with their calendars to schedule appointments with potential customers. Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative marketing tactics to stimulate homeowner interest, resulting in a high close ratio. Utilize metrics and reports to creatively identify ways to improve lead generation, qualification and sales performance.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
